Automobile Claims

If you have an automobile claim, or potential claim, we suggest that you do the following:

1. Call the police.

2. Obtain the other party's name, phone number, insurance company and policy number information.

3. Contact Johnston & Mackie. Even if the incident happens after hours, we are available for you. Just call our main office number and you will be directed to our broker on-call.

As your insurance broker, it is our job to deal with claims and insurance situations in the best possible way. We are always available to speak with you regarding a claim situation, so please call us in these difficult situations.

After Hours Claims

Johnston & Mackie is always available in case of an emergency.

Please call our office for an after hours claim. In addition, you may wish to call the after hours number of the company that insures you. This information is found at the very top of your policy.
